Eight sightings of the Big Cat in two and a half days. It’s a big deal, as anyone who visits national reserves will vouch. In full display were Ladali and her cubs (on two separate occasions), Noor in search of her cubs, Krishna in a failed hunt. While these fine animals are catalogued with tags like T-8, T-39 and T-19 their personalities are spoken of in human terms – proud, lonely, arrogant. You hardly feel scared, merely lightly insulted. For they ignore you and your crowd, totally indifferent if not disdainful.
