Mention Northern Lights and people will suggest Tromso, Norway. The first time the lights showed up, we hadn’t even unpacked. I couldn’t take my eyes off the dancing lights and go looking for a camera. By day, it was nice to watch how people live in constant ice and snow of Tromso. Children play. Schools open and close. Bright red houses dot the snow. Buses come and go. My camera was ready for the Lights the following night but somehow they don’t perform as well when they know you are ready…
